For 35 years, I dedicated my career to helping people as a Speech Language Pathologist. Every day, I worked with individuals facing communication challenges, helping them find their voice and navigate complex situations with patience, understanding, and personalized care. What I learned during those decades was invaluable: everyone’s situation is unique, everyone deserves to be heard, and the right solution comes from truly understanding someone’s specific needs.
In June 2024, life presented me with a new opportunity to help people in a completely different way. I discovered the world of property investment and immediately saw the parallels to my previous work. Just as speech therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, neither are property solutions. People facing difficult property situations need someone who will listen, understand their unique circumstances, and provide personalized solutions without pressure or judgment.

I founded Properties with a Purpose because I witnessed too many homeowners being treated like transactions rather than people. The property buying industry is often filled with high-pressure tactics, unrealistic promises, and companies that prioritize quick profits over genuine solutions.

Drawing from my experience in healthcare, where patient care always comes first, I built Properties with a Purpose on the foundation of truly caring about each person’s situation. Just as I would never rush a patient through therapy or offer generic treatment plans, I refuse to pressure homeowners or provide cookie-cutter solutions.
